Local Health Food Store has Great Soups

Best Restaurant in Town for lunch.

Brian and I plan our errands around lunch time to enjoy Mountain Earth's delicious soups. They have a different soup everyday and it is never less than spectacular. It is alway vegan and I've never seen it with gluten or any allergens that I have.

Indian Veggie Stew. Ingredients are listed. Recipes are not secret.

I love that the ingredients are written on a board. We are definitely going to try to replicate these amazing soups one of these days.

Can't beat the ambiance. Benches outside in the sunlight (maybe a bit chilly in winter).

I snapped this pic while walking the dogs this morning. It was about 28 degrees on the hill (Mt.CB) and 23 degrees in town. They are not making snow now, so it is probibly quite a bit warmer. It feels warm out.

New Pups

So, we got a couple of new pups to keep Bandit happy. He has been so lonely since Maverick passed on. It has been a week and he is finally playing and having fun. He was so annoyed the first week.
